Shipping Methods and Costs
At Artis Designs, we are committed to delivering your custom sign as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Free with delivery in 2-6 business days, depending on your location. We primarily use UPS, but in some cases, we may use USPS, especially if the delivery address is a P.O. Box, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note, customers cannot choose their carrier; the method is determined based on shipping circumstances.

Expedited Delivery: Coming soon.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days from the date of purchase. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, we will ship it by the following Friday.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-6 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method used.
Expedited Shipping: Coming soon.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all states within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
